A few questions:
- Have you tried Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings?
- Have you try restarting your Wi-Fi router? It seems counterintuitive, but it occasionally helps
- Can your phone connect to another Wi-Fi, such as in a coffee shop, library, neighbor etc.?
