I want to change my goals in activity app but I can’t figure out how to. There is no change goals underneath. It is an Series 1 watch.

I have an Apple Watch, Series 1. I want to change activity goals but I do not have the change goals at the bottom. Is there a work around?

Change move goal The instructions about activity app do not seem to be helpful for me, I cannot see how to change my move goal. Has anyone had better success with doing this? The instructions on the Apple store or to do this, but I do not see anywhere where it says to change goals. Change your activity goals You can adjust your goals at any time to better suit your activity levels. Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch. Swipe up, then tap Change Goals.

Change exercise goals is a WatchOS7 feature,this is all you can change with WatchOS6 on your series 1;
