iCloud backup and restore
Hi,
My old iPhone (256GB, full storage) and I have already fully backup my phone in iCloud (2TB), is it possible to restore in my new iPhone (128GB)?

If the old phone was full at 256GB, the backup may be too big to restore to the new 128GB a phone. You can check the size of the old backup in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Manage Storage>Backups.
