is there an way to unlock my phone from the guided access because I forgot the code to unlock it?

my phone is locked on guided access and I forgot that passcode is there an way to get this off?

Force restart the iPhone / iPad --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
iPhone restarts> Enter Lock Screen Passcode --> Click-> If you forgot the Lock Screen Passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your ...
Then go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Guided Access and change the passcode
