Text message link hack?

Hallo,

I received a text message today in which he gave me a link, when I entered the link, a site was opened and he wrote that your phone has been hacked, can you help me?

It is a scam. You should never tap on a link from a sender you don't know. If you have done nothing else, you are probably OK. Delete the message.
