My iMac doesn’t turn on

Hey there,

My iMac was having some trouble, trying to transfer files between hard disks, so I stopped the activity and tried to restart my iMac. I even unplugged it and let it be for a while. Unfortunately my iMac still doesn’t start up. The only thing I hear is the sound it makes when it starts up and my screen lights up a little (but is still black). Does anyone have a solution for my problem? I can’t seem to reach apple support to help me fix it.
