Series 4 Watch stuck on water lock

Has been stuck on water lock for over 5 days. Went swimming with the water lock already on. The watch got to 0% battery before I could turn the water lock off. I have tried soaking the watch in warm water twice, dried it out overnight twice, recharged twice, all with no luck.

Crown not making the ticking noise when turning - unresponsive. The screen is also unresponsive.

I cannot reset the watch as the crown is not working. I have tried turning the crown in both directions, fast and slow, all to no avail.

I can still see the watch's face, but cannot interact with the watch.
