Why not? What happened exactly when you went through the channel? It should automatically want you to subscribe to it.

Open the Apple TV+ channel in the Apple TV App, and the offer should show as long as it has not been more than 3 months since you bought the computer.
When I first set up my new MacBook Pro I skipped the Apple TV offer. How do I go back? When I open the Apple TV app the offer doesn’t show up.
