Even though I deleted application it is showing on my Mac storage. I am talking about the first one(counter strike).

The picture is almost impossible to view. So I am guessing here. If the Application was installed and since Removed via the Developers Instruction it should not be listed.
But, if you are looking in System Report under Installations - it will appear even if removed as per Developers Instructions. Everything is listed both installed and even if unInstalled. It becomes recorded for all time.
