syncing songs

Hi i have 2 ipods attached to my itunes account i cant get songs i purchased to go to BOTH ipods. It seems like they go wherever they want any suggestions how to sync all purchased songs to both ipods?

See Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support. Change your sync selections for each device so that they sync all music. Make sure all the tracks in your library are checked. Download all purchases, you cannot sync content that is in the cloud.
