Warranty for new replacement iPhone

Yesterday I had take my new replacement iPhone because of touch issues and data issues. Other than that taking a new replacement iPhone is just covered for 90 day service warranty , If I’m purchase a Apple Care agreement , is my warranty will be extend ?

Warranty on the replacement is the balance of the old device or 90 days, whichever is longer.
