I can’t hear anyone on my iPhone unless speaker phone is on?
I am trying to find out why I can’t hear any one on my phone up to my ear I have to put my IPhone XR on speaker phone to hear every one HELP?

While the phone is up to your ear and NOT on speaker phone, try turning the volume up. If that doesn't work, get in touch with Apple Support, as your iPhone may require service.
