One side of the apple watch band is stuck

How can I remove one side of my apple watch band which seems to be stuck?

At this point, I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:

Thanks, I have read this information before but this doesn't help. No matter what I do, push, hold the button down, whatever, the band will not slide out of the slot. Works fine on the other side.
