Access iTunes / App Store in two countries?

How do I access an Apple Store in two countries? Can i use my one Apple ID to access two Apple App Store accounts in different countries?

On my UK iTunes account I have a significant music and film library but recently moved to the UAE. If I simply change country on my Apple iTunes account then I lose access to all my films and music. However some useful apps for UAE residents are only available on the UAE app store but my music/films are in the UK store.

Ideally I would like to have and retain access to both Apple Stores. Any suggestions, solutions or workarounds? Thanks

Here's sections from Apple's Terms and Conditions for the media services:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html "Our Services are available for your use in your country of residence (“Home Country”)."

And,

"Terms found in this Agreement that relate to Services, Content types, features or functionality not available in your Home Country are not applicable to you unless and until they become available to you. To see the Content types available to you in your Home Country, go to the Services or visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204411. Certain Services and Content available to you in your Home Country may not be available to you when traveling outside of your Home Country."

So the system is set up with you having a Home Country which is where you actually live (in your case the UAE) and your access to content (and the Store you can use) is defined by that country setting.
