I accidentally purchased an app. How do I get a refund?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

I bought There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension at least a few months ago but now I want a refund for it. Please help
