Sim card

I bought a new iPad yesterday and traded in my old one I forgot to get my Sim card out of it. Do I need to go to Verizon to get a new Sim card?

Yes, if you have a Cellular iPad and have forgotten to physically transfer the Carrier SIM card from your old to new iPad, you will need a replacement from your Carrier. Even if you don’t intend to use Cellular connectivity, if you have an active Cellular service plan, you will likely wish to end your contract and have the [now lost] SIM disabled.
