Recently I have encountered a problem where my iPhone screen will turn into dark like malfunction, and after I press the Lock Screen button. It operates like normal again. Is it happens to all others iPhone old models users too? I’ve just updated to new iOS 14.4.2

It’s just battery issues? I’ve just replaced the lcd since it has a little broken. Thought it was the issues caused the screen to go off.
