On April 11, 2021 I had have received an alert from Apple stated the fallowing ; this device was compromised by a hacker and make to subscribed throughout these third party app / are those the hacker that makes the threat in order you purchase their (“ security protection plan”?)
please advice

Don't jailbreak your phone and don't respond to alerts like that and you'll be fine.
Apple did not send you anything.
You received spam trying to trick you into buying useless software.
Ignore it, don't buy the useless software they want you to install.
