My podcast is hosted on Soundcloud with this RSS

I've changed the image on Soundcloud many times over the past 3 years and the image on iTunes has remained as the original each time.
What am I missing?

It is 1346 x 1346 px: it must be minimum 1400 x 1400 px. As it's smaller it's being rejected. Also, it's important that when you change the image you give it a new file name, otherwise Podcasts, which caches the image, has no way of knowing it's changed. Obviously I can't tell whether you've done this, though the word 'original' in the file name suggests you haven't.

Podcast Image won't update
