Hello jermain256,

It sounds as though you're wanting to adjust the sound equalizer when using your Beats Flex on your iPhone 12. When adjusting the equalizer this is application specific. If you're using the Music app on your iPhone you can go in to Settings > Music to adjust the EQ settings. If you're using a different app you may need to reach out to the application developer to inquire about adjusting those sound settings.
