Hi, I have parental locks set up on my sons iPhone, restricting calls he can make during screen time and down time to certain people. I also assumed only people in his contacts can ring him.
I have just discovered that he can ring anyone and anyone can ring him!!
Any suggestions folks would be appreciated as it’s really important we resolve this issue?!

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the Communication Limits in Screen Time on your son's iPhone, and we'd like to see if we can assist.
First, make sure the device is up to date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Also, check that iCloud Contacts is enabled in Settings > Account > iCloud > Contacts.
Finally, try turning Ask to Buy off and back on for your son's iPhone using your device, then test for the issue again. Here's how: Approve what kids buy with Ask to Buy

Thanks Erica, much appreciated. This resets the controls so they work again, but I have now discovered what he is doing! apparently he dials 999 then ends the call immediately, followed by some other digits and hey presto...he can ring anyone and anyone can ring him!
I don’t think there is any way of stopping this now??!!
