Looking for some advice. My iPhone XR screen is moving without being touched. It flicks between various apps and sending a text is impossible. My screen is cracked and has been for a while. Is this a problem that repairing the screen will fix or is it another more complicated issue? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the reason the screen behaves the way it does is because the screen is cracked.

Your screen digitizer had failed. You need to have Apple replace the screen.
Hard to diagnose a display issue with a busted screen.
Get it repaired.
It should be fixed when you repair the screen.
