Subscription refund

What do you do when you mistakenly subscribed for an APP, then request for a refund and after 48hours, APP claims to have refunded but you’ve not gotten the funds?

Keep waiting. Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods; click here for more information.


If the money came out of iTunes Store credit, contact the iTunes Store staff.
