I have an older IMac. What do I do to be able to download the new OS?

The last update I was able to complete was OS X 10.9.5 and it’s a 2013 iMac. I can no longer download any updates or stream any videos. What do I do so I can get the latest OS?

For a 2013 iMac, you can upgrade to macOS Catalina. Get it here: How to get old versions of macOS - Apple Support. Backup before upgrading!
