how can I order songs to play on my itunes

I haven't purchased any songs from iTunes in a while, and I tried to purchase one today, but the drop down does not have an option to purchase like it always has. Have they changed how to make a purchase to play on my PC iTunes?

The dropdown does not have Buy. You need to click on the price.
