Missing music and playlists

About a year ago I upgraded from iPhone 6 to 11 pro max. A few months later i noticed 2 things:

1. All my playlists were gone
2. About 2/3 of my music was gone. Some of the missing music was purchased some was not.
3. The loss to all my devises, iPhone, iPad and PC

Any thoughts?
