Payment deducted but order was not placed

Hello, I was trying to place online order through apple India on 7th march 2021 but my payment is deducted and order was not placed. I haven’t received any email from apple regarding payment or order. So

my question is where can raise issue to get back my money in my bank account.

this link will not work here because my order was not generated. I only have bank transaction id right now.
