My AirPods are getting frequently disconnected...what to do

AirPods gen 1 are getting disconnected frequently

I have AirPods gen 1 and the firmware is 6.8.8. I tried all the method like pairing , unparing , renaming forget device...etc...but still my AirPods are getting frequently disconnected...what to do

connection will last for 30 seconds, even battery is full
