my MacBook Air 2019 doesn't charge when I plug in unless its turned on . while its off it doesn't connects.
once I turn on MacBook it immediately starts charging as normal.whats with this kindly help me out?

thanks for response. But its not working , still..... I can't even hear the plug in sound when its off so that I can judge .....when MacBook is ON it gives normal plug in sound . Kindly help if you can .
