Why is my iPhone not connecting with the internet

You call them or go to one of their stores. If the other SIM card is from your carrier, you could try it. Or, if your phone is unlocked from any carrier, you can still try that card and see what happens.
You need to contact your carrier for help with this. You may need a new SIM card or a carrier update sent to your phone.
