I am being charge for an app I did not want to renew

The app company told me I had to cancel through Apple iTunes. And the app doesn’t come up in the iTunes. How do I cancel it it’s one of those Robo call apps

You only have the one iTunes account, and the payments for it show on that account's purchase history : See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support ?
