screen recoding

Sound painting is out of sync in the screen recording,how can I solve this problem?

It looks like you're having an issue with the sound when using screen recording on your device. We'd be happy to take a look into this with you.


First, we'd like to have you make sure that you're using the latest version (14.4.3, if you device is compatible) of software. Next, restart your device, and then test to see if the issue remains.

If the issue remains, can you provide us with some more details? Is there no sound at all? Are you recording the screen from a specific website or app? The more information that you can provide, the easier it will be to get you pointed in the right direction.

Thank you very much for replying me.I am using iOS 14.4.2 which said is up to date on my phone.I had tried to restart my phone for a few times but it doesn't work at all.It had sound but just out of sync,and I had tried to record in different apps,it also out of sync.
