I received a text on my iPhone 11 from a number # 1-***-****-**21 saying that 4 viruses were detected and that I need to clear and secure immediately. I noticed that my weather app is showing wrong temperatures. Is this message from Apple or a scam?

All such messages are scams from criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender.
Nope. It's a scam. If you ever see a message on your phone saying it is "hacked" or "infected," ignore it.
iPhones can't get viruses.
It’s a scam designed to steal your personal information.
Apple doesn’t send out messages like that.
