My Apple Watch won’t ring I have an iPhone 12

First make sure Silent mode and Do Not Disturb are not active. Swipe up for the Control center to see if that is the case.

Check also the settings in the Watch app on your iphone, under the Phone section. Make sure Sound is enabled there.
