Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I paid to share 200GB storage with my family. My phone says that I am sharing. However, when I look at my husband and daughters phone, iCloud says they do not have enough space and need to upgrade.

On your husband’s and on your daughter’s devices, have them go to Settings>Their Name>Family Sharing>iCloud Storage and see if the can turn on sharing in there.
