First : Apple ID has a support page to help you reset your forgotten password.

Second: if a message says that your iPhone is disabled, learn what to do.

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone or your device is disabled.      

For the Apple ID, see if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.
