Iphone 12 pro incomming calls problem

When i receive calls i have no sound, the line is dead. If i hang up and call back there is no problem!

I have tried all sugestions to fix this, but havent found a proper fix yet.

The problem is occuring on thousands of iphone 12’s, so it is a general problem, must be a software issue that Apple needs to fix ASAP!
