Passcode/slide/touch screen not working on iPad
The touchscreen on my iPad (purchased new in late 2019) is not working. It started with an app, but I also could not slide to power off.
I have done a hard reset several times to no avail and now I'm stuck on the passcode screen because I can't enter my passcode.
I have tried connecting the iPad to iTunes, but because I'm stuck on on the passcode screen and not the home screen, the computer is not registering the iPad.
I can't seem to let the battery run down, either, since it's stuck on the passcode screen and it's at 100%.
