Lost iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hello, can you help me a few days ago, a thief stole an iphone 11 pro max 256gb with imei number. Can you block imei as in the picture?

My stolen iphone 13 pro max My iPhone was stolen during a leisure trip to Barcelona, Spain in 22 November 2022. I used find iphon, but the thief quickly turned off the phone. Because of that, I put in stolen mode then 2 days later eraised iphon information. I went to the police and make a report with imei. But today I check the imei of the device, it is not included in the blacklist imei phones. i have barcelone police report too. i want to say to apple that this phone imei is stolen and No one should be able to use it. What should i do now ?!

I purchased my iPhone 12 Pro Max 256 in November 2020 and now I just noticed battery health is at 98%, already dropped 2% I don’t know why 😔
