I am trying to setup my iphone but it telling me enter old password and I cant recall my old password. can you help me please

I got a call from Iphone today for me to recover my Iphone 5c, but, unfortunately they asking me to enter old password which I can not remember. can you guide me accordingly please?

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
