Can I retrieve deleted text messages
if I accidentally deleted messages or conversations , can I get them back

Assuming you do not house your text messages in iCloud, they are saved on your iPhone backups. Restore your latest backup to retrieve the messages that were present when the backup was created.

Otherwise, when you delete a message or conversation, you can't get it back (as mentioned here)
