My MacBook Pro M1’s Touch Bar will stop working from time to time, I got it for Christmas (brand new) and it has been like it since. I thought it was just my Spotify making the problem happen but since then it has happened when watching movies and shows on Safari. My MacBook is also completely up to date.

A SafeBoot does not effect iCloud or "stuff" on your Mac.
It clears system caches files and resets the M1, to resolve issues.
