access tv through chrome cast?

I have a pre wifi tv that accesses internet with chrome cast. AppleTV can’t seem to connect through this system. Is there a way to access the tv through chrome cast?

iPhone 12, iOS 14

No, you would need an Apple TV. ChromeCast does not support AirPlay.
