I cannot remember my passcode

I have an IPhone 7 Plus that doesn’t have a SIM card and I cannot remember my passcode I do not need to back it up

Great since you don't need to back it up you can do a factory reset on your device to remove the passcode.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Restore or set up your device from an iCloud backup if needed
