Is it normal that the number on the iPhone box does not completely match

hello could you help me? is it normal that the number on the box does not completely match the number in the settings?

No, it is not normal. The serial number and IMEI on the box should match what you see in Settings/General/About. If they don’t match the phone was reboxed and is not a new phone.


Another check: A new phone should have a heavy weight plastic wrapper, and the cord should be neatly coiled on a cardboard core.
