Chrome download Why won't my MacBook allow me to download a different browser such as chrome? I would download it from the browser and when I want to drop it in the App Store to install, it reads as an error and won't allow me to do it. Could it be potentially I don't have enough free space cleared up on my computer?

downloading files will not work on OSX 12.6 WhenI try to download a file, either; a momentary "blip" occurs, or the msg is "stopped". The same files can be downloaded on Firefox. Using MacBook Pro 2020, OSX 12.6.

Restart your Mac.

Launch Safari holding the Shift key down.

Try downloading the items from web.
