I do not remimber phones pin and it says connect to iTunes, but no longer have laptop

You are going to have to borrow one, or go to the nearest Apple store for assistance. You need to follow the steps listed here, If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support That is the only option. If you have a friend with a computer, they will need iTunes.
