I can’t change the app store country/region due to the apple music 1-year subscription.

I moved to South Korea from the United States. I’d like to change the app store country/region to Korea from US but I cannot do it because of my apple music 1-year subscription. I already cancelled the renewal but it says since the subscription is not expired, till next January I cannot change the region. Is there any way possible to change the app store country setting?
