My watch does not sync for activity with my iphone. While in the later I can see the actual activity, it is not shown in the watch and therefore the circle of activity does not grow, calories and standing do. Thank you
That is peculiar. The green exercise ring should always move during workout. Try restarting your watch, and if that does not help, maybe resetting your watch is needed as well. Just as reference, here is the calibration advice too:

Thank you. I am not sure what you mean, but I guess no 3rd party app involved, I am using just fitness as in the watch and the iPHone XR. Main activity brisk walk
