It is possible that your WiFi router may be selectively blocking access to internet/server resources for some client devices - and not others - which might be resolved by a restart of your router.
To restart you home router, disconnect power - then wait at least 30 seconds before restarting. When you router has rebooted (which may take several minutes), force-restart your iPad:

Are you attempting to connect via WiFi, or Cellular? What happens when you try to connect? What do you see? Are there any error or connection messages - if so, what are they?

I am attempting to connect via WiFi. I don't get any message but it just keeps searching for internet. All other devices in my home are getting internet connection from my router.
